Self regulating Pace Setting Reservoir with optional Failure Simulation

This is a self regulating pace setting reservoir running pybricks on Spike Prime or Spike Essentials Hub. The effective ball rate is measure using an optical sensor, the motor speed is adjusted automatically to aim for the configured target ball rate. It features an Anti Blocking System.

The reservoir has a capacity of at least 500 balls.

An optional feature is failure simulation that simulates jams, starvation and burst in configurable intervals and with configurable randomness in occurrence probability and duration. This allows to test your other modules for these situations.
