Mechanical Counter (Maico Arts)

A mechanical counter using tippers. Every decimal place is represented by a tipper that holds up to 10 balls and then tips putting one ball into the subsequent tipper and passing the other 9 on to the next module.

This module has undergone a number of redesigns over its many years in operation. On very rare occasions, when all four entry tippers tip at the same time, this module might output batches bigger than 30 balls. In practice this almost never happens, though.
